Our innovative Academic Course Enhancement (ACE) program helps students in grades 4-6 reach their potential, whether they are working above their grade level or need extra attention in core subject areas.
Our ACE specialists are certified teachers who provide math and reading support services to eligible students, as well as an array of enrichment activities for students who can manage challenges. The enrichment curriculum focuses on areas such as building vocabulary for college prep exams, cross-curricular studies, public speaking and leadership opportunities, as well as field trips to college campuses, hands-on digital opportunities through Google Expeditions and other resources, and in-depth music theory studies.
ACE support and enrichment programming is available on our East and West campuses.
Additional support services include Title I services to help eligible students strengthen their reading, comprehension and math skills, as well as speech, health and in-school counseling services.
Summer enrichment programs, which have been placed on hold due to COVID-19, will resume as soon as possible.
As part of ACE enrichment activities, students strengthen leadership and civic skills through visits to colleges and other institutions, delve into music theory and participate in interactive extracurricular programming.
